Minor repairs can often be carried out during the course of a tuning visit at no additional cost.

These include:-

• Sticking notes
• Broken keys
• Hammer repairs
• Broken strings (bass strings, however are tailor-made and require a return visit for fitting)
• Pedal adjustments

If, on inspection of the piano, it becomes apparent that a repair is more major or time-consuming or requires a return visit, I will always discuss this with my customer before commencement of any work.
